My current project is a bedroom set
impact_(deep_yellow)015022.jpg
Well it's not a Whole bedroom set
I'm not making the headboard, But
I will be making two night stands, a
dresser and a chest of drawers. this is where I started. The tops for
the night stands. It's 3 pieces of one inch thick white oak jointed, biscuited and glued. then I sanded
and routed a 3/4 rad. on the edge.

I will be using mortis and tenion joints
for this project. here are some that I
cut on the table saw.

To do my Mortises I used a Mortismachine. I can't say enough good things about it, what a time saver I just love it. I used drill these things out then chisel them by hand, very time consuming.

I'm not working with any plans for this project, So
I do some dry fitting as i go so I can see how it's
going together.

We are getting close, I finished the detail on the front, mounted the drawer slides on sides before assembly, it's alot easier to do it that way. then did the rest of the
assembly.
